An urban architectural creation in Cape Town’s city bowl making use of the rare opportunity in this location of opening up the house to the dramatic views over and beyond the city and harbour, while incorporating the majestic backdrops of Table Mountain and Lions Head. 

Privacy is maintained by implementing a complex layer of five vertical levels culminating with a master-suite and roof garden terrace on the top level – an addition to the initial planning as the clients family grew during the project, happily leading to a need for this exciting extension. The results – an exquisitely successful vertical family-house creation, as opposed to a typical horizontal plan.
